Official answerThe "Help Colleague" function is used when a workflow step has already been taken over by another colleague, but you want to contribute to completing this step to support them. This is useful in scenarios where a colleague needs assistance to finish a task or when the task requires more human resources.
Detailed steps:
Taking over:
- When you want to help a colleague with a step already taken over, you will access that step in the workflow.
- Instead of taking over the task completely (as it is already in progress), you will see the "Help Colleague" option.
- Select this option to indicate in the system that you will contribute to completing that step along with the colleague who initially took it over.

Providing help:
- Once you have activated "Help Colleague", you will work together with your colleague to complete the task.
- The iflows system will record your working time.

Finishing the help:
- After you have finished providing the necessary help, you must complete your contribution. To do this, you will access the step again and click on the "Finish Help Colleague" option.

Completing the step (by the primary colleague):
- It is important to note that the step can only be fully completed by the first person who took over the task. The colleague who initiated work on this step will be responsible for fully completing the task in the system.
