Optimized equipment display

27.05.20261 min read2 sections

The display mode for equipment associated with a product has been optimized in orders, quotes, and opportunities. Equipment now appears on its own rows, immediately below the product line, and no longer extends the table horizontally. This allows you to view equipment information without lateral scrolling.

The equipment section is collapsible: after you have added and configured the equipment, you can close it for a clearer view of the products in the order.

Features

  • Display under product — equipment is displayed below the product line, not as a continuation of it, so the table no longer widens horizontally.
  • No lateral scrolling — all equipment information is visible without scrolling horizontally.
  • Collapsible section — the Equipment section can be expanded or closed, depending on what you wish to view.
  • Number of units — the number of equipment units associated with the product is displayed next to the section.
  • Incomplete configuration warning — if a piece of equipment is not configured correctly (for example, a profile is missing), an informative message appears signaling that the section requires configuration.

How to use

The optimization is available on the product table in orders, quotes, and opportunities.

  1. Expand the Equipment section — click on the section below the product to see the associated equipment.
  2. Add and configure equipment — fill in the necessary data for each piece of equipment.
  3. Check the displayed number — next to the section, you can see how many pieces of equipment are associated with the product.
  4. Close the section — after configuration, collapse the section to maintain a clear view of the order.

If a piece of equipment requires adjustments, the message displayed next to the section will alert you to open it and complete the missing information.
