"Completed Quantity" is an instruction that allows you to track the detailed progress of each individual line within an order. Whether you are managing physical products or services, this feature provides a clear picture of how much of each element has been completed up to that point.

Thus, even if you can already see at the workflow level what stage each order line is in, "Completed Quantity" gives you a detailed view of how much of each specific element has been finished.

Let's take a concrete example: we have an order with 4 custom banners and we want to know exactly how many of them have already been produced. We can identify this both in the order history, in the "Instruction Details" column, where "Completed Quantity" is clearly written for each stage, as well as when downloading the order's PDF file. In the PDF file, we will see two new columns: "Completed" and "Equipment Completed". In this case, we notice that we have already completed 2 banners out of the 4 ordered and printed 12 meters out of the 24 total.

Let's take another example: we have an order for accounting services involving 10 working hours. We want to know how many hours out of the 10 have already been dedicated to this service. Using the same "Completed Quantity" function, we can check in the order history and the downloaded PDF that we have finished 2 hours out of the 10 planned.

Step-by-Step Guide for Using the "Completed Quantity" Instruction

1. Adding the Instruction to the Workflow

The first step is to add the "Completed Quantity" instruction to your workflow.

• Access Settings: In the platform interface, navigate to Settings and select Workflow.
• Select the Desired Workflow: Choose the workflow where you want to configure the instruction.
• Navigate to the Desired Stage and using the drag function, add the instruction to the desired action, such as "pause".
• Save Changes

2. Using the Instruction in the Workflow

Once you have added the "Completed Quantity" instruction to the workflow, it will become active when an order reaches the stage where it was introduced.

Displaying the Total Value or Remaining Value:

• If no completed quantity has been uploaded yet, the system will display the total value from the order.
• If another quantity was previously completed, the system will suggest the remaining value that needs to be finished.

Preventing Exceeding Estimated Quantities:

• The system constantly verifies data entry and prevents exceeding the quantities initially estimated in the order.
• This applies both to individual reporting and the cumulative total of the orders.

Updating Quantities in Subsequent Iterations:

• If, in the next work session, during a new iteration of the flow (Pickup and Pause actions), another quantity is completed, the progress reporting will reflect the cumulative quantities.

We can enter values for the super-product, as well as for the product and equipment quantity.

Information about completed quantities can be viewed in the order details at the stage level. For export, these details can be included in the PDF file using the Show Completed Quantity option in the PDF Export Options section.

After activating the option, select whether you want the information to be displayed for:

• Product
• Equipment
• All

Depending on the selection made, the columns Completed (for product) and Equipment Completed (for equipment) will be included in the PDF file, providing a detailed and centralized record of the order progress.
