I noticed in the settings that there are notifications sent to the customer upon offer expiration, which I have enabled, but these are not sent to me as well, like the offers are.

To receive a copy of these notifications yourself (simultaneously with the transmission to customers), follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings menu → Templates → Predefined.
2. Identify the template named “Offer expiration notification” and click the Edit button (the blue icon).
3. In the editing window, enter the email address where you wish to receive the copy of the notification in the BCC field.
