The "in progress" stock consists exclusively of products included in unfinalized orders. Therefore, generating a proforma does not automatically reserve stock. The actual reservation occurs only for products attached to an order that is in progress and not yet finalized.
Thus, the system only takes into account active orders, and the products mentioned in them are considered "in progress" in the stock until the respective order is finalized or canceled.
