ADR Sud-Est (South-East Regional Development Agency) has relaunched the public consultation for the guide supporting companies through business support infrastructures. The 48 million euro budget is distributed across the six counties of the region, and the submission period is scheduled to start on September 21, 2026.
The call, coded PRSE/1.5/A/1/2026, has a total budget of 48 million euros, approximately 8 million for each of the counties of Brăila, Buzău, Constanța, Galați, Vrancea, and Tulcea. The county-based distribution is a particularity that ensures funds do not concentrate in a single economic pole.
Grants range from 500,000 to 10 million euros per project, combining de minimis aid with regional state aid. Eligible beneficiaries are industrial park administrators, not SMEs directly.
